This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is our policy regarding the information we receive in connection with the site (the "Website" or "Mobile App"). This policy also applies to information you submit to us offline.

This Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of the TrustCircle Services, and by using the TrustCircle Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our TrustCircle Terms of Service.

How We Collect Your Information

Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide and improve the TrustCircle Services, our Site, features and content, to administer your use of the TrustCircle Services and to enable users to easily navigate the Site.

  • mHealth Tests Product - FREE for all

    • Completely anonymous for all Individuals

    • A core value and objective of mHealth Screening Tests is to preserve the anonymity of the screening participant.As users navigate within the site, no employer, healthcare company, or sponsoring organization can identify any individual who has taken a screening.We are committed to protecting your personal privacy.

    • The only information that can be collected and reported is aggregate in nature and pertains to general information regarding the number of screenings that take place, the results of the screenings, and general demographic information.

  • mHealth Connect Product - for Organizations Members

    • When you register with us through the TrustCircle Services to create an Account and become a Member, we may ask you for personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify an individual ("Personal Information"). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, your email address etc. We use your Personal Information mainly to provide the TrustCircle Services and administer your inquiries.

    • We may also collect Personal Information about the individual about whom you create a Member Profile via the TrustCircle Services, including, but not limited to, his or her name. Please note that we use this information to provide the TrustCircle Services and we will not use this information to contact the individual about whom you create a Member Profile. Additionally, by providing any Personal Information related to the individual about whom you create a Member Profile, you agree that you have obtained the applicable and appropriate permission, releases and consents from such individual to the extent necessary to provide such individual's Personal Information to TrustCircle as part of your use of the TrustCircle Services.

    • We also collect and store any Member Content that you upload, download or access via the TrustCircle Services. Such Member Content may contain Personal Information about you or the family member, loved one or other person about whom you create a Member Profile.

    • Please note that your Member Content is only accessible via the Member Profiles you create via the TrustCircle Services.

    • We also collect the other information that you provide as part of registration and the administration and personalization of your Account (e.g., Phone Number (on its own) and individual preferences) ("Non-Identifying Information").

  • Log Data. When you visit the Site, whether as a Member or a non-registered user just browsing (any of these, a "TrustCircle User"), our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, operating system or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site, pages of our Site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Site and the TrustCircle Services and for the Site's technical administration, to increase our Site's functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to our visitors' needs. For example, we use this information to verify that visitors to the Site meet the criteria required to process their requests. We do not treat Log Data as Personal Information or use it in association with other Personal Information, though we may aggregate, analyze and evaluate such information for the same purposes as stated above regarding other Non-Identifying Information.

  • Cookies. Like many websites, we use "cookies" to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies for two purposes. First, we utilize persistent cookies to save your login information for future logins to the TrustCircle Services. The Information may also be analyzed so that we can operate the Website in the best manner possible through enhanced features and functions and to provide you with useful information.

  • When you provide your e-mail address to Trustcircle, we may periodically send you relevant alerts and newsletters by e-mail.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our TrustCircle Services, to provide the TrustCircle Services on our behalf, to perform Site-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, payment processors, web analytics and improvement of the TrustCircle Services’ features) or to assist us in analyzing how the TrustCircle Services are used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information and Member Content only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may also share your personal information with a sponsor or other third party ("Third-Party Provider") who may provide you with special offers or promotions that might be of interest to you. You may instruct us at any time not to share your personal information with such Third-Party Providers by emailing us at

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. TrustCircle cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of TrustCircle or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

Business Transfers.TrustCircle may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your de-identified Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

Changing or Deleting Your Information

All Members may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information and Member Content in their Account and Member Profiles created by such Members by contacting us or via the Member Profile section of the TrustCircle Services. If you delete all such information, then your Account may become deactivated. If you would like us to delete your Account in our system, please contact us at support@trustCircle.cowith a request that we delete your Personal Information and Member Content from our database. We will use all reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Data Retention

We will retain the information you provide via the TrustCircle Services for as long as your Account is active or as needed to provide you with the TrustCircle Services. We may retain and use the information you provide via the TrustCircle Services, as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you wish to delete your Account, please see the section titled "Changing or Deleting Your Information" above.

Data Security

TrustCircle is very concerned with safeguarding your information and keeps data security as its highest priority. We employ best available physical, technological, and administrative security measures and attempt to ensure they are applicable under the circumstances.No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Accordingly, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

International Transfer

Your information may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, TrustCircle transfers Personal Information to the United States and processes it there. "TrustCircle" ( BringChange PBC ) is a Delaware incorporated, Public Benefit Corporation "TrustCircle" or "We") on a mission to make mental health care continuous, accessible, and affordable.

This Agreement is between you and TrustCircle ( BringChange PBC ) . ("TrustCircle Services" or "we") concerning your use of (including any access to) (i) the TrustCircle website currently located at (together with any content, materials and services available therein, and successor website(s) thereto, the "Website"), (ii) the software applications we may make available for use on or through computers and mobile devices ("Apps"), and (iii) the quizzes, tests, and questionnaires (and results thereof) we make available on or through the Websites or Apps ("Questionnaires") (all of the foregoing, collectively, "Services"). This Agreement hereby incorporates by this reference any additional terms and conditions posted by TrustCircle through the Services, or otherwise made available to you by TrustCircle. Your use of the Services is governed by this Agreement regardless of how you access the Services, including through the Internet, through Wireless Access Protocol (commonly referred to as "WAP"), through a mobile network or otherwise.


Key Terms

"Member Profile" means a collection of Member Content related to the care of a specific individual or group of individuals.

"Content"means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information or other materials.

"TrustCircle Content" means Content that TrustCircle makes available through the TrustCircle Services including any Content licensed from a third party, but excluding Member Content.

"Member" means a person who completes TrustCircle's account registration process, as described under the "Account Registration" section below.

"Member Content" means Content that a Member posts, uploads, publishes, submits or transmits to be made available through the TrustCircle Services.

"Collective Content" means, collectively, TrustCircle Content and Member Content.

What we do is provide a tool that will enable better communication and connection.

mHealth Tests ( FREE for all Individuals )

mHealth Tests are clinically validated mental health screening tests that are available for FREE to all individuals. These tests empower all individuals with information to determine whether the individual or someone they care for may need to seek help from a mental health professional.

mHealth Tests does not provide medical advice and is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For an accurate diagnosis of a mental health disorder, you should seek an evaluation from a qualified mental health professional. If you feel you're experiencing a potentially life-threatening problem, please call 911 or the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK(8255).

mHealth Connect is an online Peer-PeerAnonymous Social Network to help Advocates / Healthcare Professionals / Caregivers / Patients to engage with each other and all those who are facing or care for similar challenges based on the categories of interest.

TrustCircle anonymous social network feature allows patients, caregivers, advocates to seek and give help on anything, patients and caregivers remain completely anonymous and fully secure. They can seek a helping hand,, a different perspective or a trustworthy connection in times when they need it the most from any device, anywhere, anytime. Community members can build their "Circle of Trust" locally and globally and communicate using private messaging feature with those they trust.

Community Guidelines

  1. No posting with a judgmental tone. Accept and respect differences.

  2. No promotion, or asking for members contact information to sell products, websites, fundraisers, or seminars.

  3. No repetitive posting of the same content or links. This has the appearance of spam.

  4. No selling or distributing of any product including pharmaceutical products.

  5. No solicitation of funds for any reason.

  6. No prescribing or instructing what others should do. We are not a medical site, and all members should avoid prescribing medication to other members. This should only be done by a trained physician.

  7. No references to illegal activity, professional malpractice or health code violations.

  8. No research of any kind may be conducted or promoted on the site.

  9. No proselytizing. Please respect members' point of view, religious or not.

  10. No all caps. Shouting on the internet is known as all caps.

  11. No horribly offensive language directed at others.

  12. No posting of hate, misogynistic, sexist, or racist content.

  13. No posting pictures, profile pictures, or text that contain offensive material.

  14. No posting of hostile content towards any member of the community, including those who work here.

  15. No unwanted advances either sexual or romantic in nature with a focus on dating.

  16. No screenshots of member content on TrustCircle and then posting elsewhere on the internet.

Unless otherwise expressly set forth herein, TrustCircle makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in any location. TrustCircle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue or terminate the TrustCircle Services or to modify these Terms, at any time and without prior notice. Account Management

In order to access certain features of the TrustCircle Services, including to (i) create and manage a Member Profile and (ii) post any Member Content through the TrustCircle Services, you must register to create an account ("Account") and become a Member. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. TrustCircle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete. You will be asked to create a password when you create your Account and if you forget your password you will be asked to create a new one. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify TrustCircle of any unauthorized use of your Account.
