HONOLULU – In a move to bolster mental health and emotional well-being, the Hawai‘i State Department of Education (HIDOE) is introducing TrustCircle as part of its Here to Help initiative. The platform, recognized as a United Nations Development Program Digital X solution, will be accessible to all HIDOE public school students and staff beginning November 10, 2025.
TrustCircle represents a transformative step in how we address mental health within our school communities. This cutting-edge platform provides 24/7 access to mental health resources, reinforcing our commitment to fostering the emotional resilience and overall well-being of every student and staff member.
In response to the growing mental health challenges among youth, including rising rates of anxiety, depression and trauma, TrustCircle provides a comprehensive space for individuals to self-monitor their emotional well-being and build resilience.

Here to Help, an initiative of the Hawai'i State Department of Education (HIDOE), is a statewide program dedicated to strengthening student and staff well-being through prevention, early intervention, and connection. Rooted in the Hawai'i Multi-Tiered System of Support (HMTSS), the initiative equips schools with tools, training, and partnerships to create safe, caring environments where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
